Amazing just went in on our way to holiday and need to check something they had a look and were really nice we were in and out within 10 minutes and they really helped

Excellent friendly service. These were the only garage in a 30 mile radius that could fit us in while we were on holiday. Fixed our problem straight away and we even had to insist on paying after the tremendously helpful young man said it would be free!

My car broke down on the busy main road right outside of this garage. I walked in and explained, and with zero hesitation the staff came to assist, bringing the car in and diagnosing it quickly. They spoke clearly, honestly and informatively to me and explained the what and the why. They were really helpful throughout and the business is clearly ran with a customer focus and a decent set of underlying ethics. Thank you so much to guys here!

Been using riverside for a long time and probably should have done a review before but this week they have really outdone themselves. Ben has pulled out all the stops to help get my car MOT’d for a bit of a deadline and worked tirelessly to help a difficult situation be fairly stress free. Thanks so much for all your help.

Brilliantly quick help as the CEL light comes on my dashboard, they connect to the computer and then it appears to be moist plug on the sensor and they washed and plugged in again so dashboard was completely clear , AT NO COST AT ALL , Thanks Again! 👍

Brilliant experience. Quick service affordable and very communicative - helpfully send a video of the progress which was a great surprise and helps to understand what’s being actioned. Highly recommend.
